The appointment reunites two of the early leaders behind GlideFast Consulting, one of North America's most successful ServiceNow partners. Together, Brostoff and Tanti are building MadeLogic around a simple premise: start with the customer's business problem, and measure success by what is actually delivered in production. The two first worked together at GlideFast Consulting, where they helped grow a boutique practice into one of the leading ServiceNow partners in North America. GlideFast was acquired in 2022 by ASGN Incorporated, the parent company of Apex Systems, for $350 million. Tanti is a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) with more than 12 years of experience on the platform. Brostoff most recently led the ServiceNow practice at Slalom and previously served as Vice President of CRM at GlideFast. Both began their careers in engineering and in-house roles at ServiceNow customer organizations, giving them firsthand experience running the platform, not just implementing it. Having sat on the customer side of consulting engagements themselves, they understand what separates a vendor from a true partner, and what it takes to make that partnership work. Between them, they have led large, multi-year ServiceNow programs for highly regulated organizations across the public and private sectors, from Fortune 100 technology companies to government and defense agencies. ## Architect-led, from design to delivery Every MadeLogic engagement is led by a senior architect who remains accountable from initial design through go-live.
